There is only 50% chances that you can get any of the college you listed above because lateral entry depends on the basis of the vacant seats available in the second year.

Yes, you will get CSE in JSS/AKGEC. Your rank is good, maybe you have to wait for the 2nd or even 3rd counselling round.

You can choose KIET or JSS, they are the best options. But, if you are afraid for your academics, then definitely go for ABESEC, they provide good academics comparing to these colleges.

No, for getting Galgotias College of Engineering, your rank must be less than 20k in UPSEE but your rank is quite high. So, you must try in any other college for admission in engineering.
