B abroad it may mean any country or university and every university/college has a different admission requirement. Countries like Canada and USA do not accept Indian three-year degree course but you can check out the university/college websites and write to them as well. You can also check universities in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc., for commerce related studies. Take the IELTS. An overall 6.5 band is required. You can do event management after completing B.Com as you cannot do 2 degrees at the same time. So, first, complete your B.Com.

According to me, B.Com is best especially if you have basic knowledge taught in class 11th and 12th. Otherwise, you can go for other option. B.Com is best as it may create a pool of job opportunities like accountant, marketing etc. And, this will also help in doing any course like CA etc.
