According to my opinion, taking a drop is not worth for a course like engineering because the course is same whether you study in any institute. Only the salary packages are different.

To your question, yes, you can apply for certain universities abroad.
You can surf on net relating college's offering Bachelors after Diploma.
But my suggestion will be that it is better to pursue your Bachelors in India and go abroad for Masters.

Yes B.Tech in CS is offered by Rajasthan Technical University and demand of CS branch of this college is very high. It is a full 4 year under graduation course. The branch is also approved by all India council of technical education

For B.Tech in computer science in DTU, you must register on JAC Delhi counseling, according to previous years data and estimations, you must score atleast 200-210 marks.

LNMIIT, Jaipur is better for CSE but you had scored pretty good marks you can try for some other good NITs like NITs in Jaipur, Allahabad, Jabalpur you may not get CSE here but for other branches also they are extremely good college.

<p>Yes, RGUKT (IIIT Basara) is a good college for M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering as many renowned companies like TCS, Mahindra and Mahindra, ADP, Biocon, Amazon, MRF, etc. visits campus for placements in M.Tech CSE.</p><p>The placement percentage in M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is almost 100%, with top recruiting companies such as Infosys and TCS offering salaries between 9 LPA to 5 LPA. Moreover, few students got the off-campus placement in companies like Amazon with packages of about 34 LPA to 63 LPA.</p>

It will cost you around 2 LPA for the college fees. Plus, hostel fees if you will accommodate in the hostel.

The chances of getting into these colleges in core branches with this rank is quite low, but I'll prefer you not to lose hope and appear for the counselling, till the last round. MSIT comes under GGSIP University therefore it gives admission on the basis of an entrance test conducted by IPU, so it does not offer admission on the basis of JEE Mains marks but it offers admission on the basis of an exam conducted by IPU known as IPUCET(CODE 131) for B.Tech.

According to previous years cut off's, you may or may not get admission as it's totally depend upon the cut off of the year you are appearing in.

SRM and VIT are more or less the same. There is not much difference between the two universities. Therefore I would suggest you to join the one that is comparatively cheaper.

The fees is 18,000 per annum if you are a general merit student (for SC, ST and OBC it's still less), and even hostel facilities are quite affordable i.e,10,000 per annum (excluding food).
