You can search for other colleges that offer CSE.

You have to prepare for KCET exam and appear for it. Refer the previous year’s cutoff of the college.

These are the steps required to be followed for getting admission into IIT Bombay:
Firstly, aspirants need to qualify JEE Main. Top 2.4 lakh students who clear JEE Main will be eligible for JEE Advanced.
Step 2: If aspirants clear the first stage i.e. JEE Main, they need to appear for JEE Advanced. Admissions will be based on the rank acquired in JEE Advanced.
Step 3: After JEE Advanced results are declared, students need to appear for JoSAA online counselling.

It is difficult to get the CSE in IIT because IIT, the OBC students also want a rank under 500 so for IIT institute, you have to choose the another branch in IIT or search the criteria which may be changed. All the best.

M.Tech degree holders should be able to progress a little faster than fresh BE/B.Tech graduates, because the latter have a somewhat higher learning curve. Otherwise, as a researcher at one of the IITs, IISc, TIFR, or ISRO, or post-Ph.D as an academic professor/researcher, there is ample scope for M.Tech graduates.

You need to score at least 45% in 12th besides fulfilling domicile requirements to be eligible for admission in colleges in Haryana. Admissions are based on JEE Mains. I suppose you should score at least 275 or more to be confident of admission.
