When we talk about the AKTU colleges, no matter whichever college we take in consideration it all falls under the same umbrella. Now, be it ABESEC OR AKGEC, both these colleges are going to assure you a job, minimum to support yourself even if you don't have satisfactory marks or GPA.

Why do you want to do Bachelors again? Why don't you go for Masters? If you are planning to go to a college in the US (MIT or any other), then go for Masters only. Don't waste 4 precious years of your life just for a brand name in your resume. There is absolutely no point in trying to go for Bachelor’s degree again. Also, in the end your Bachelors application might be declined.
