I don't think so, I don't know what Diploma you've done, if you had asked this in reference to pursuing Degree programme like B.Tech, after doing Diploma in any engineering branch, I would have said that's possible through lateral entry. But, B.A. Admission happens on 10+2 merit, you need to be 12th passed. If you choose to change your college further after having completed 1st year in B.A. then may be it is possible.

Hi. Would prefer you to go for B.Com with CS because CS will be a plus point for the students for those who opt for B.Com after 12th. Also half of the course related to B.Com and CS are same. Talking about the BBA it is a management degree where you have to study Business related courses and it is also not help you to clear CS.
