You have decent score which is sufficient to get admission in Australian college. In some universities, you can get scholarships provided by the universities. Also, you can get education load from any banks, if you have any property to pledge. Banks will provide loan of 85% of college fee remaining and rest you have to manage.

With general rank of 1 lakh in JEE you won't get any college through JOSSA. With 5000 in MMM your chances are slim though you can get some decent private colleges with 15k rank in UPSEE. I would suggest you to explore the best colleges for you and enroll in any of them.

But the kind of good marks you have got in 12th, you can get direct admission in some good private university as they offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
