It is all about your interest. But, it is better, you should choose BCA MCA from PES University rather than doing B.Tech from an average colleges.
B.Tech will be better, only if you got good government colleges, otherwise you'll only spend without any good reward.
Your average placement will be around INR 3 lacs with any average colleges, and you have to spend around INR 5 lacs, but if you opt for BCA MCA, then within 5 year you'll get your Master’s degree with INR 4 lacs average placement and your spend will around INR 3 lacs.

For M Tech you need to give GATE exam in the same way as we give JEE for B.E, BTech.

You have a good cut-off so that you have medium chances of getting PSG Tech and low chances of getting Anna University CEG Campus. So you may try during the counselling. You can probably get the counselling on the first day with this cut-off.

For getting the LNMIIT CSE branch ,the jee percentile would be around 95-96+ and for this percentile , the marks required would be atleast 140+ marks. And the cut off score of 2022 for CSE branch goes between 135-145.
