I don't think so, I don't know what Diploma you've done, if you had asked this in reference to pursuing Degree programme like B.Tech, after doing Diploma in any engineering branch, I would have said that's possible through lateral entry. But, B.A. Admission happens on 10+2 merit, you need to be 12th passed. If you choose to change your college further after having completed 1st year in B.A. then may be it is possible.
