All government colleges take admissions on the basis of the entrance exams result. Since you didn't give one it is highly unlikely now. One thing that you can do and don't place your hope on it. Likewise, the cut-off ranks have changed from 80153 to 55943 for SC, and 150924 to 174159 for ST. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. A similar cut-off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.</p>

You can go for IIIT Lucknow, NIT Bhopal and IIEST Shibpur.

It depends on state quota. If you are from Delhi, then there will be 85% state quota. For outsiders, it is 15%. The other factor is caste, for Muslims 80-90% seats are reserved.
