Both CSE and ECE are good options but it is better to opt CSE only if you are really interested in Software field because after completing B.Tech in ECE or in any other branch you can easily come to software field but you cannot enter any other core departments if you are a CSE graduate. There some universities which are best and offering good quality education, but you need to spend more in order to complete you B.Tech there. RMIT and Victoria University in Australia. You can get a list from Shiksha’s university list as well if you visit the Study Abroad website on shiksha.

As per the official website of exterior interior limited, the eligibility for this course 10+2.
So, unfortunately, you cannot opt for this course after 10th you will not be eligible for it. you need to clear your 12th in order to be eligible for this Diploma.

If you want to work in a technology /software company then pick CSE but if you are some one interested in machines and have an engineering mind go for mechanical .
Both the branches offer good career opportunities.

Well, Pranshu, in MHTCET, they don't consider your 12th marks as an advantage.
They only check whether you are eligible for engineering or not. Taking a look at your score, it is below par. By using this score, you can not get any great private engineering college.

Actually, B.Tech is a newly started program at Lucknow University, 2017 to 2018 is the first session. And Students are quite happy with their professors and the assignments given to them. So overall, I can say that it is good to get admission here.
