No this is not a valid degree today many university provide this type of program but their degree is not valid for job or higher study, they give you back date entry and there is no process to give backdate entry university maximum provide 4-5 month backdate not 2 year this is not possible this type of university is blacklisted by many university or organization so i dont suggest you to do this and you should aware from this type of program

there are many good colleges in PUNE that offer bcom and bcom honours.
some of them are listed below such as:
Symbiosis college
BM college of commerce
Indira college of commerce and science etc.
while there are some good colleges but they do not match the standards of those colleges listed above.
therefore go for the above colleges if you get it.
