Basically game development needed combination of 2 different skills like coding and programming knowledge and design knowledge with good grip on 3D modeling / texturing and lighting , map generation and baking .
Hence you must learn the basic coding and programming languages also must join some pre production course to learn the design principals and sketching & some 3D course to at least learn the CG asset creation part covering 3D modeling / texturing and lighting , map generation and baking.
This will help you to reach your goal.

MIS is good, it will provide you good opportunity in MNC, but again it depends on your interest and your skill-set, you need to have good commend over excel, because in MIS you need to play with data. And you need to learn some tools which are used for analysis, like SAS and SPSS. So, before taking any decision, evaluate your skill set. Even if you pursue MBA in finance you can do job in MIS.

Hi Wasae,
If you really want to pursue MBBS, I would suggest don't give and go for one more attempt because opting for a course in which you are not interested will not help in the long run and eventually you will not be able to perform.
I would suggest that make a plan and identify the mistakes you made in last two attempts, only efforts in the right direction yields result so streamline yourself and give your best shot next time.
The other safe option can be to join some B.Sc course like B.Sc microbiology, Biology, etc. and prepare for AIPMT simultaneously.
