It depends on what do you want to do in future depends if you only want to do MBA then go for BBA. If you want to do something else and on a larger scale, go for B.Com.

Hi Nishant, BCA and B.Com are completely different fields. After BCA you start off as a programmer in the field of IT or ITES. You can get jobs in companies as programmer, system administrator, software development and design. You may either pursue MCA after BCA or can also change field to Management or pursue MS from abroad.
B.Com is a traditional field opted by students who want to pursue MBA or CA. Job prospects after B.Com are lower than BCA unless you are pursuing from top colleges of Delhi, Mumbai university.
