I think you will get CSE in almost all NITs except 3-4.
I think you should DTU, NSIT, PEC Chandigarh or try IT in IIIT Allahabad as IIIT, Allahabad will be the best for you. Coding culture, placement, campus everything is fine there. IIITA IT is any day better than so called CSE in any NITs (Except NIT T,W,S). IT and CSE is almost same.

With such a low rank, it will be very difficult to get CSE in a good government college. You can only get lower branches in good government colleges and chances of them are also very less.

In VIT-Vellore, it is not possible to get CSE or Mech branch but in VIT Chennai definitely, you will get one of these. I should tell you one thing if you are going to VIT then do not take admission in the Vellore campus. The Chennai campus will become far better than the Vellore campus coming near future, in any aspects you think

Exam name is UPESEAT conducted on 13th may 2017 so you have to fill form by the official site of college and then go through exam for admission.

No you cannot get CSE in IEM through normal counseling. I will encourage you to opt for management quota.
But you can definately get CS in colleges like AOT,MCKV,BPPIMT,FIEM etc .
Meghnad Saha Institute of technology and techno India Rajarhat are also there. Choose the best college among them according to your own choice

As far as my knowledge most people with engineering background go for IT management or operations. But I think it all depends on your interest. Like if you have inclination towards numbers and stuff like that finance is a good option or if you think you have very good communication skills and you talk to people and grab attention then marketing or HR can be the options.

Since you don't have maths in your academics, you are ineligible to apply for M.Sc because in order to get admission, you need to have at least 60%-70% in class 12th science and in graduation also.

Please apply through sastra.edu. You can download the application form there. Select lateral entry, and send it to Sastra University.

You need to be specific for which year you want to know. The batch of 2021, as in the students who got in this year (2017) are around 1200-1300. The number of students keep on increasing every year for this branch.

You may opt for B.Tech CSE or any equivalent studies in computer science like BCA based on your interest. If you have any queries kindly revert it.

I have never heard of such thing in VIT. Maybe, it's something new that they have launched. But to be frank vit B.Tech is far better than M.Tech
That's the reason why, B.Tech the highest package was 22 LPA while the M.Tech guys were no where close. And when you opt for dual degree course you will be one among the M.Tech guys. Hope this helps. You will not get Heritage and IEM colleges for CSE branches. You have chances for TECHNO INDIA because the closing rank of Techno India was 8130 according to the previous year analysis. So, You have more chances for this year. For more details click on this link:-
