No, you cannot do that. As these are separate graduate courses, you have to apply from the beginning. If you leave BA in 2nd semester then it doesn't mean that you can take admission in B.Com 2nd semester. You have to take afresh admission in B.Com and start from the 1st semester. That is the norm of colleges. You may ask the respective authorities of the college if such alterations are allowed.

Eligibility criteria for B.Com:
Minimum 40% required in 12th. Aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as best four subjects (BFS).
