BBA from ip university and delhi university have good scope and after BBA you need to do MBA iim , isb , xlri to get good jobs as well as package, whereas in b.com you learn accounting concepts in the advanced level after b.com you can do CA , CS , ICWA , CFA , CFP like course. choice is yours

First please be clear what you want and do and specify your 12th subjects to get a better advise.
If you are so passionate about aviation industry, go for it. Otherwise if you are thinking about job and money, bcom is sufficient. It is not going to make any difference if you do some aviation course after bcom unless it is ame or btech. Thats why I said , go for it only if you are passionate about aviation.
For your information, currently job opportunities in aviation field is very very low, it may or may not pickup in future.
CAT is not required for admission to BCom. CAT is an entrance exam for admission to MBA conducted by IIMs and other Business Schools.

BBA is a professional course and the study is more in line with the industry standards , wherein B.Com takes you through the fundamentals and concepts on Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies.
So, both the courses are equally difficult or easy depending upon your perception.
Aman that depends on what do you wants to do in future. first make-up your mind. If you are planning to go for corporate sector , must try for CAT i.e. entrance of MBA. If you are interested in banking, teaching , govt job than M.Com is a better option

As far as government job is concerned, it does not make any difference. As every job in government has its own various arrangement for entrance. So you can go for either of the course.
MCA is a standard accepted degree in IT industry. You are eligible to appear for MCA after BCom for career in IT industry. In case you are unable to do 3 year post graduation you may do IT skill oriented courses which gives IT industry recognized certifications.

There are no. of bank coaching Institutes who provides good stufy materials ,mock test to iincrease the chances of passing Bank PO exam.
Try to catch a good Institute like TIME, or other.
Go for what interests you. If you wanna go into IT sector, take up BCA. If you're interested in banking sector, take up BCom. Decide well !!

No legal process is required to hang from B.Com to BBA, but take this in consideration that your college allows you to do the same as there are many colleges which don't allow changing from B.Com to BBA.
