CA and CS are statutory designations which companies have to fulfill. They make a person statutorily capable to understand and handle the requirements of their job. Both the certifications create experts. However, MBA is not a statutory requirement of a company. They are employed as they are specialized professionals of business. The two options that you have mentioned are completely different. Opt for something that you are interested in. The above are not career but are courses that will build your career in the field you are interested in. If you want to become an engineer you should opt for B.E. but if you think you want to pursue management and become a business manager, then go for BBA.

Yes, you can pursue B.Pharm and B.Com simultaneously, but it would be difficult for you to take the exams of both the subjects at the same time. According to me, it would be a very difficult task.
