To get a good B-school you will be required to crack CAT, MAT, etc. I suggest you join some coaching institute. Work on your quantitative skills, verbal skills, etc.
Develop a habit of reading English newspaper.

You are saying that you have done B.Com with 49% marks, and you wants to do MBA through distance learning programme. So, you cannot do this right now, because 2 years’ experience is also required for the distance MBA program. So, first you will have to do job for minimum 2 years, then you can apply there for MBA.

For IIMB, percentile around 95-100 would be enough, but it depends on various other factors which changes every year.

SAP FICO is a completely different module and experience. The training in SAP FICO is done mostly to gain entry into the business world. An educational qualification like B.Sc. Would not affect your knowledge gained in a SAP FICO course, and would not help other than working knowledge of computers.

You don't have to worry about placements in SBS. As far as your experience is concerned, I must say that you have got very good experience and it will definitely help you in getting a high package in placements as you will be getting the executive batch for MBA.

Yes, you have a good profile to apply for MBA institutes. Score a good score in CAT preferably around 95+ percentile will be good enough to get into top institutes. MBA in finance is preferred specialisation you can also look for International Business, Financial Engineering and Insurance/Banking specialisations.

I am afraid that while doing M.Com from Vidyasagar University, you cannot do any other course. This is so since both these courses will demand attendance to the tune of 75% which surely you can not achieve. Hence I would like to advise you that, please finish one course and then only embark on the second course.
