It all depends on your JEE Mains rank and rank is different for different category.
If you belong to general category, your rank must be under 4.5k(240 marks)(for both HM and OS).
You are OBC then your OBC rank must be approximate 1.5K[220 marks] to get CSE/IT in NIT, Allahabad and if you belong SC/ST category, your SC/ST rank must be approximate under 1K[170 marks].

Both the options are good and followed by many students. By dropping, you will only able to clear intermediate exam. But if you go for Diploma in computer Science and work hard, then after one year, you will have only two years to get Diploma certificate. So you can get a job also with Diploma. So, go for Diploma. I'll prefer you to opt for the IIIT Raipur as this is better than NIT Raipur in terms of infra and faculty as IIIT is new so they are at advance level. So, you can get all the advance components required for the CSE branch and also the faculty here is well qualified as compared to NIT.

With the 38000 rank in VITEEE, it is not possible to get computer Science engineering or information technology. Still you can try for other branches.

Eligibility for B.Ed:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

Both of the courses are good, but the thing that matters is from which institute you do the above courses and also your grades matters a lot.

Your cut-off is very low to get a seat at any of the course at SSN College of Engineering. To get admission at SSN, you need to have at least 190 and above because the competition is too high. So, you cannot get a seat for IT or CSE at SSN.

Yes, you can. But first, ensure that you have at least 55-60 % in your Bachelor's. Then less than 6 appearances in the supplementary exam would be good. Write IELTS exam, get an overall 6.5 and individual 6 bands. Apply for a college in Canada, wait for their conditional or unconditional offer letter. Then start the visa procedure. I guess it entirely depends upon the vacancy. There is no such cuttoff system. If you get a really good rank, like in the top 300, you can go for these courses, else it entirely depends upon the vacancy. Like if you get a rank between 1500 to 3000, and you want IT or CE, the chances are pretty low because maximum students go for IT and CE. But, when you go for counselling, they give you a form in which you can choose to upgrade to a branch wherein you can fill in your choice and later, you might get upgraded if there is any vacancy.

First of all, congratulations for such good marks in JEE Main. You have secured a good rank. You can easily get CSE in any of the NITs. But choosing your home state NIT will give you a very big advantage rather than competing for other state NITs as you have home state quota. But with such a good marks you can compete for top NITs if your home state NIT is not so good as the others like NIT Warangal or NIT Trichy. You can even try for advance and try for some good IITs. If you think that NIT is enough you can surely end up with CSE in good NITs
I can assure you that you can get CSE in a good NIT.

Hello Shreeshanth Sai, I must say that your percentile is not all that good. For reasonable chance of getting CAC one must get more than 90 percentile. You have not mention your category. This is important since various cutoffs will be published by National testing agency shortly or based on categories and if you are from general category then the chances of your qualifying even to apply for a seat in NIT or gfti are quite slim.
