I believe maths is something which must be good. However, you can always go for some professional certifications like CCNA, Gniit etc.

According to me, Ambedakar Institute of Advanced Studies is the best because it is a government college. Also, the fee is not too high for B.Tech in CSE.

Normally when one wishes to do PG, it is some specialty of what one did in graduation. Hence, generally universities prescribe graduation in particular branch as eligibility for PG in different specialties. Hence the answer to your query is no.
However, let me find out if anything contrary to what I said is available.

As per the HBTI Kanpur year 2021 cutoff, the last admitted JEE Main rank in CSE for general category was 20923.

I am 1st year student from LNCT(I.T.)
in 2021 I got 127000rank in mains, but I did not get CSE in LNCT but I got I.T. in TFW .
There is not much more difference in CSE and I.T.
Actually I take admission in1st round, did not wait till 2nd and 3rd round, and Now I am here.
According to me, you should wait atleast for 2nd round. you will definately got LNCT(CSE)

By cut-off, I assume you're asking about the minimum rank required to get admission. This minimum rank cannot be predicted to an exact number but only an approximate number as it keeps changing every year.

There is no chance to get CSE in Bit.

The Fees per year is about 55,000 to 60,000 and along with that you have to pay about 20,000 per semester, which then leads to about 80,000 per year. If you get government scholarship, this could be even less.
