The decision should be based on your interest areas and long term career aspirations. MBA will give you insight into general management areas keeping in mind your specialization. In case you intend to pursue a career in academics, research, accounts then M.Com could be a better option. However, if you are open to roles in Operations, sales, marketing, customer service, HR then MBA could be looked at.

All things are based on your interest. Board the idea of choosing a graduation degree with limited number of seats available seems bizarre. BBA is a degree possible for students from any stream and students can use class 12th subjects to their benefit while being placed. For instance, a student from biology will work well in management of a pharmaceutical company. Similarly, a student with strong mathematics can very well work with data Analytics Company after BBA.

Hi Ramandeep,
It's called J.D in USA and Canada and not LLB anymore. However you will find related degrees such as Bachelor of Criminology etc. You may pursue a Law degree after B.com since any graduate can do so and will depend on the university's admission requirements. You must be academically very good, around 70% or so is expected. You must also take the IELTS. An overall score of 6.5 or higher is typically required. See here if any of the courses interests you:

BBA as well as b.com lead to MBA. However, while b.com can lead to a wide array of post graduate specializations, a BBA degree on the other hand, can only lead to MBA. But this does not mean that one should only go for b.com and not BBA. The smart people take an aptitude test while in school, gather information about both the courses, plan their career path, and then take the decision confidently. After b.com the students can avail exciting and diverse post graduate opportunities like MBA, LAW, International studies, Designing/Merchandising, MBE, M. Com, Finance, Economics etc which will set them apart from the crowd and prepare them for s... View more

Both are master courses and depend upon individual. If you looking for management related career MBA is ideal. If you keen for pursuing teaching, PhD, M.Com is better though one can opt for PhD post MBA as well. For MBA, entrance exams are conducted to get into reputed institute with good placements. Admission in M.Com is mostly based upon your graduation score. Assess your likes, interest, aptitude and choose and one may also opt M.Com side by side with job after graduation and then pursue MBA in case you seek to do both the degrees.
