There are many courses which includes economics in their curriculum. BA Economics Hons. is one course which will provide you specialized knowledge in economics, and it is available in many DU colleges like SRCC, Hindu, Venketeshwar, etc. You can also go for BBE, whose entrance exam JAT is conducted by DU every year. If you are looking for economics, as a subject in your curriculum and do not want to focus mainly on it, you can opt for B.Com (Hons) Maths hons, stats hons, etc. And opt for eco as one of your subjects.
No, SRM College do not offered any integrated course with B.Com as in present scenario, but may be in future it will be. But, it offers B.Com with many specialization. Just ping me if you are interested along with the specialization you are interested into.
If you are stationed at the right place, then you won’t face any problem. Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai are the hub of activity. The chances are more there for TV and cinema. But, you should mind your studies also.

High salary package is dependent on two things:
A good college with an on-campus placement and sound technical knowledge. If you are planning to pursue M.Tech from IIT-B, then campus will not be an issue. To get a high package, you must have very good technical knowledge.
The minimum eligibility criterion for appearing in CAT for admission in MBA is at least a 3-years Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent (45 per cent for SC/ST or persons with disability (PWD) category). There is no age bar for appearing in CAT. If you have 50% or more marks in B.Com then you are eligible to appear in CAT. All the Best!
No, you won't be eligible for taking admission in any of the B-Schools without appearing in any of the competitive exams like mat, CMAT, CAT, XAT, CET etc. but yes if you are thinking to pursue distance MBA than no competitive exams are needed.

Selection of course should rather depend on your outlook, aptitude and your objective in doing the course. ICWA, CA and CS have similarities with regard to the course syllabus. Eligibility criteria for the post-Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) diploma course is an HSC pass certificate. You are eligible to seek admission in Diploma course from a Polytechnic. Legally it is permissible to do Diploma and degree simultaneously. You can not pursue two degrees simultaneously from same or different universities.
