Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent with minimum of 75 percent marks by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidate who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or those who are appearing in Class 12/equivalent examination in 2023, are also eligible to appear. It is fact that if job is essential immediately after completion of graduation B.Tech in CSE is best among the three options given. But, if you are really interested in Math / Stat and want to go with it as your profession, it would be better to look for B.Sc with Honors in Statistics, or B.Stat from Indian Statistical Institute. IIT, Kharagpur is the best in overall comparison because it is a government institute ranked amongst top 10 institutes. BITS is ranked after IIT Kharagpur the fees of IITs is lesser than BITs. You will get good exposure in IITs as compared to BITS.

57 is not a pleasing score. Based on your JEE score your expected JEE rank will be more than 75000.
The above mentioned ranks are displayed only the basis of a candidate's score in JEE Main 2016. There can be variation in ranks when the same is calculated on the basis of normalization of scores, taking in account Class XII Board results along with reservation (SC / ST / OBC etc.) and JEE exam scores.

Ok! So, you can get admission in bsc computer science in The Gandiram Rural Institute on 12th merit basis. A tentative merit list is made based on your marks, reservation. And then according to that, seats are alloted. Last year cut off was 53 percent in 12th ( general category).

While choosing a stream consider its present and future demand. It also depend on your interest. You can definitely try for a good engineering college with this score. CSE is a good branch but also you can explore about top 5 engineering branches.
