The trend today is to update yourself as per tge work need. You may even pursue Post grad from open universities. Digital marketing is excellent option if you are planning to match it with your current job. Many of the international universities offer courses in social media marketing/ digital marketing. Take a look at coursera.org or MOOC open courseware.

Hi, As they say there is no age to study and this saying goes true in your case also because in India you can seriously pursue your graduation at any age. Hi Palak,
A BPO person can easily go for a career in Sales, operation, Marketing and PR. If you have completed your graduation, then all you need to do is pursue a masters or PG in any of the above stream and start hunting for job. However, if you are interested in any other stream you can pursue a related course and do the same!

There is reference check, but they will not confirm each answer from your employer. PI mainly assess your personality and they will be able to assess on the basis of your answers, so they need not to confirm things. Moreover, they are experts and can judge people very well.

Almost 70 to 80 percent of the students used to get placed from Era University with a median package of INR 10 Lacs per annum for the Master of Business Administration course.
