Yes, you can pursue MBA after BE in CSE. Nowadays, various MBA courses in IT are also available like IT management, IT operations or IT security. These courses will give you a good scope for career. But, if you have some experience before pursuing MBA, then it will help you in getting a good position after MBA with good salary package.

My opinion was CSE is a better than electronic engineering. Computer science branch gives emphasis to the development of software by using different programming tools and it also gives importance to hardware aspect. Most CS graduates go on to become software developers or web programmers. There is nothing like MBA in CSE but there is MBA in information technology. You need to complete your graduation and appear for the entrance exams and based on your score you can apply to the colleges offering MBA in information technology.

I suggest it to be a good option because if you are doing job that is the main criteria i hope people study for to fulfil the demands and needs of either their family or themselves. If you are able to get good job than go for it.If the job you get is not worth than go for M.Tech but good job will help you to complete you spirits .
