Since you are a student of computer science, it is obvious that you hold a very good command on maths, logical reasoning, programming, etc. In MBA, you have wide range of choices and it’s only up to your interest and your future goals but my suggestion is to go for 'finance' sector. No, they are not equivalent. See, computer engineering is a different field and information technology is slightly different from it. CSE means software programner or hardware manager. Information technology means how to control information system. Authorisation and authentication of a user.

It's a tough task to rate any institute as best. There are many factors which you need to keep in mind while selecting any institute. We need to see the content of the course, duration, cost, infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed, in-time course completion record, certification process & delivery of the certificate in time, etc.
Also, the same brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same.
