If you have completed your graduation, then all you need to do is pursue a masters or PG in any of the above stream and start hunting for job. However, if you are interested in any other stream you can pursue a related course and do the same!

That totally depends on you. If you feel that you should opt for a government job, you may do that. However, since you are just 12th pass, getting a good position may not be possible for you. You should focus on graduation and start preparing for exams like:
1. IBPS.
2. UPSC Civil Services.
3. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) combined graduate level exams.
