Every B-School has their own cut off date for submission of graduation degree mark sheets and provisional certificate. You can take admission in MBA if you are in a position to submit graduation marksheet and provisional certificate before cut-off date. You may check details on UPTU website .

Regarding bschool u should judge the best bschool be it psu/private. For top colleges, go through shiksha bschool list as per your city choice. Some of the government colleges which offers mba are fms(delhi), bhu, jamia, pondicherry univ, calcutta univ, aligarh muslim univ, etc. Get a good college whose degree will add a value to your career. B.Sc from BHU is really a good option, don't come in AKTU (if you will not get any good college). Try to get admission in IET Lucknow or KNIT Sultanpur. These colleges have good history of producing good engineers, BIET Jhansi will also be a good option if you got it.

Form BBD and Ramswaroop, go for BBD. Otherwise both are hell. Dont ruin your career search for more option if you have. If you go for BBD you will get some chances to learn new things . which will help you in MBA.

If you have the potential to crack NEET then you can drop. Don't lose hope until you can’t achieve your goal as I know that MBBS is your goal but if don't have potential then you can take admission in biotechnology.

Yes, JSS Academy of technical education is one of the top private colleges under UPTU. Placement is good as it is around 3 LPA. Crowd is mixed type. Overall, it's a good place to do B.Tech.

No not possible,for taking admission in any MBA college you have to have any of the entrance i.e CAT,MAT etc and as per I know IIT Kanpur takes the score of CAT and CMAT

Yes, you need to submit the application form by the last date and appear in the specified entrance exam, even for the lateral entry (direct 2nd year) in B.Sc in Computer Science.
