You have to be a graduate in any discipline from a UGC recognised University in order to be eligible for IAS exam. The IAS exam is conducted by UPSC and is the most competitive exam in our country. While applying for private institute you have yo be careful have a research regarding placement. If you get selected in campus interview then there is no need for you to run here and there for a job.
