IT industry employs both Computer and electronics engineer. However Computer Engineers may not be preferred by Electronics and Telecom industry.Therefore opportunities for Electronic Engineers are higher in comparison to CS engineers.

You can start your career as a Developer or Tester in IT industry after completing B.Sc CS. But, for a good career you require minimum PG degree in CS. If your personal conditions allow, then you are advised to do MCA to avail better career opportunities.

There are two two main branches in field of Computer Science and Engineering: B.Tech CSE and B.Tech Information Technology. Limited colleges offer B.Tech Software Engineering also.
B.Tech Electronics and B.Tech ECE graduates are also eligible for seeking job in computer hardware particular in IT infrastructure Management. India IT industry hire these grads for software development also.
There are few colleges which offer sector specific computer degrees such as Bioinformatics and Geo-informative Science, etc.

You can for MSC or MCA or MBA after BSC , in computer science , if you like computer field then MCA is good option for you this is same line for you MSC or MCA both are good but you spend one year extra in MCA

If you want to get admission to in the M.Tech course offered by various deemed or private universities, you will have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the respective university or you can also apply through a GATE score.

It depends on, in which field you want to specialize. B.Com (computers) will teach you only application of computers in accounts, so you have to specialize in any core subject related to accounts. You can go for M.Com if you have teaching interest, or go for CA or CS or attempt bank test, insurance test, etc.

Amity does help in placements for distance learning students also. Amity's placement cell is quite active and ensures to provide opportunities to all the students. Apart from that, as a suggestion, I would tell you not to rely on the institute for all your employment needs. Normally, distance and online education of management will not support much to anybody after completion of the course, especially in India. The organisatons do consider the degree for the placement but after proving in the career. Distance education is very much helpful only those who are doing job already. Amity Directorate of Distance Education still needs to take strides and achievement and reputation in the market place. First of all, you should not expect that you'll be placed in a core company once you finish your degree from Dehradun Institute of Technology as it fails to attract any except Amazon which recruits one or two from the college.
Although, association with IBM for the computer science course is an added advantage but is nowhere going to help you because of the quality of companies visiting the campus during the placement drive.
