ACE Engineering College admissions are entrance-based for BTech programme. However, candidates can apply for direct admission on the official website of the college through Management quota under Category-B. For the same category, the admission will be considered based on candidates past academic merit. Moreover, the general ACE Engineering College admission criteria is as follows:
- First Preference: Rank in IIT-JEE
- Second Preference: Rank in TG-EAPCET

- Category A (By Convenor, TGEAPCET): Admissions under Category A are regulated by the convenor of TG-EAPCET and are based on the rank obtained in the common entrance test, by the guidelines issued by the Government of Telangana
- Category – B (Seats): Admissions to the BTech Program under Category – B are offered either directly or through a valid JEE Main score.
