The fee for the MBBS course at AIIMS Kalyani is approximately INR 61,000 for the entire duration of 5.5 years. Additionally, the hostel fee for MBBS students is not included in the fee structure. AIIMS Kalyani offers UG and PG courses to the students. AIIMS Kalyani accepts the scores of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to its MBBS program. For BSc, the institute accepts the AIIMS Nursing Exam for admission. The aspiring candidates must qualify for the entrance exam before admission.

Admission to AIIMS Kalyani is based on the NEET Exam. The steps for admission are as follows:

·       Apply for NEET UG.

·       Check the result for NEET UG.

·       Apply for Counselling.

·       In the form fill out the preference.

·       In the form fill the AIIMS Kalyani as the Preference.

The candidates cannot secure a seat in any government medical college without appearing for the NEET exam. The seats are allocated based on the score of the NEET. The candidates after taking the NEET exam are eligible for AIIMS Kalyani admission. Candidates must qualify for the exam and appear for counselling.

AIIMS Kalyani is a government institute which is approved by Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). It is one of the six newly established AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The institute offers various programmes across various streams such as Cardiology,  ENT, Gastroenterology, Dentistry, Neurology, and others.

Closing rank and cut off marks for the OBC category at AIIMS Kalyani as per the previous year analysis are 3848 and 650-670 respectively for MBBS.

The fee for the whole course is INR 6,100. Total of 125 seats are available. 

To be eligible candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained 50% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.

The latest cut-off for AIIMS Kalyani is yet to be published. For General category, the last round off closing rank for 2023 was 2176. Compared to the previous years, the competition to get into AIIMS has increased as cut-offs have shown that trend. We are awaiting the recent cut-off information as NEET 2024 is yet to take place.
