Unlike 2D animation, which works best for simple ideas that require a clear-cut message, 3D animation is suited to more imaginative concepts and enables brands to challenge norms with their marketing efforts.
Believe it or not, 2D vs. 3D animation isn't an either-or kind of situation, as a combination of both can bring any vision to life. Whether you want to emphasize a portion of your production or like the innovation that comes with a mix of styles, using the best of both worlds can help you create a product no one will forget.

Opting for higher studies or pursue a job is a very common dilemma of every student, regardless of the field. In the current volatile market conditions, many students who are not able to get a job, option for higher studies. Because of this, the market is over-saturated with inexperienced students who have accomplished higher studies. Therefore, my suggestion is to pursue a job as soon as you get an offer in a field of your interest. Work in the industry for approximately 4 - 5 years. This is the time you will be acquainted with the practical dimension of your field. Once done, you can opt for higher studies. Further, having an industry experience in a relevant field also makes pursuing the higher studies a lot easier. Once you have completed your higher studies, your current degree,as well as your previous experience will surely get you a much better career.

According to me, first we have to go through the field experience after doing 2D/3D animation, because after some experience you will get to know that how industry works and what do we want to do.If you want to be a hard core animator then you can work on your own show-reel and portfolio, give some time to yourself, plan your things according to your experience you get from field. If you want to start your own work, take some years of experience of field and make contacts as many as you can and start taking works from other, try to convince your clients for new things and make a proper list of your works with perfect charges according to its detailing and demand in market.
Or else if you are thinking for further courses related to the field or something additional then you can do it after the experience of field properly. You will get an open door after this.
So, try to do job and take experience to understand your next step.
