According to me, first we have to go through the field experience after doing 2D/3D animation, because after some experience you will get to know that how industry works and what do we want to do.If you want to be a hard core animator then you can work on your own show-reel and portfolio, give some time to yourself, plan your things according to your experience you get from field.
