Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur offers 6 specializations in B.Tech. and admissions to these courses is based on the merit of the previous qualifying examination, i.e., class 12th percentile and also on the marks/ rank scored in the JEE (Mains). Admissions is conducted through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) conducted by the Rajasthan Technical University. The entrance exam scores or the merit scores depends on the overall results of the candidates participating. Candidates can check the merit list on the official website of REAP or the institute.

Admissions to B.Tech. (1st year) at Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur is done through centralized online counselling by the Coordinator, Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. According to this, 70% of seats are reserved for candidates from Rajasthan and 15% are reserved for candidates outside Rajasthan. Admissions to these seats will be merit based, based on the marks/ rank scored in JEE (Mains) and in Class 12th. The highest package offered at Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur for B.Tech courses is INR 1 Crore to a student of Compute Science and Engineering (CSE) followed by INR 85 LPA to a student of Mechanical Engineering, followed by INR 56 LPA to a Computer Science and Engineering Student (CSE), then INR 39 LPA to a student of Mechanical Engineering, INR 35 LPA to a student of ECE, INR 18.6 LPA to a student of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). For admissions in B.Tech. at Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur, candidates are required to have at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC non- creamy layer/ MBC non creamy layer students) or above in class 12th or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board. For LEEP admissions (Lateral Entry in Engineering programs) candidates need to have a Diploma degree in Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with at least 50% marks or above from a recognised board/ university.

The cut- off for XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) will be released as per the dates scheduled by the testing bodies and the marks will depend on the students' performances. As for now, the registrations for XAT are still in progress and it will continue till November 30th, 2023. The examination is scheduled to be held on January 7th, 2024 with the results and cut- offs being released in January and February of the next year (2024). Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur will release its cut- off list based on that on its official website.

Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur offers MBA courses in 6 branches for 60 seats. Graduate students with 50% or above marks without any approximation can apply. The registrations for CAT examination ended on September 21st, 2023. All successfully registered candidates will be able to download the admit card from October 25th, 2023. The CAT examination will be held on November 26th, 2023 and after that college counselling will take place. As per the latest placement report 2023, a total of 35 companies visited the campus during the placement drive 2023. However, 115 companies visited the campus in 2022. However, a decreasing trend has been observed in the number of companies visited in the past three years i.e. 2021 vs 2022 vs 2023.
