Yes, you can get into Institute of Law, Nirma University with 70% in graduation. However, Institute of Law, Nirma University only accepts the competitive exam score for admission to MBA /PGDM. The admission process is then followed by multiple rounds of counselling for allocation of seats. Other than competitive exams' scores, the eligibility criteria for all courses except PGDM/MBA at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is to have passed graduation with a minimum percentage of 45-50%.
