For MBA in aviation management, you surely need to have work experience. The can have industrial or academic experience. For e.g., if you have worked as a flight engineer or project manager, research assistant, analyst, etc. These experience will sound towards your profile. Get enrolled in HS i.e. 11th and pass 12th with 70% and above. Then you can apply for Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy (the premier institution for pilots training in India). There is an entrance test. Study your 11th, 12th syllabus thoroughly and buy a book on Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy entrance and interview and prepare. Good luck.
