To become a pilot in India, the minimum qualification required to get a Commercial Pilot License is class 12th with physics and mathematics, 18 years of age completion and a class II medical test, which is done by DGCA approved doctors. If you did not have physics and mathematics in class 12th, you can pass these two subjects at class 12th level from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) on-demand examinations and can start your pilot training course.

Your CPL costs can be roughly divided into 6 areas assuming you do it all in India:
1. Cost of flying (Including single and multi-engine rating).
2. Cost of ground studies and examinations.
3. Cost of auxiliary documents like: medicals and RTR (A) license.
4. Cost of living.
5. Cost of renewing your instrument rating (recurrent every 1 year).
6. Cost of type rating (The most important, and often ignored cost).
I. Cost of flying: Approximately – Rs.20.5 lakhs to Rs.22 lakhs.
II. Cost of ground studies and examinations: Approximately Rs.1.5 lakhs to Rs.2.25 lakhs.
III. Cost of medicals / RTR examination: Rs.6000 to Rs.12,000 for do

To get admission in Philippines for CPL is very easy. You only have to get in touch with the flying club from where you want to do your training, rest of the work will be done by them.
But, if you really want to be a pilot, I would suggest you to do your training from India or from some other country like USA or Canada. Philippines is not up to the mark.

No institute will give you placement after your training. You have to go and search it by your own.
The best institute for pilot training are:
-Bombay flying Club.
-Gondia flying club.
-Chimes aviation.
-Hyderabad flying club.
There are lots of hurdle a pilot have to face to reach the dream cockpit.
