You can apply in any organisation for the post of an accountant which require skills such as keeping track of their profit and loss of their company, etc. For such type of jobs, you should have strong knowledge in core subjects. If you are interested in higher studies after graduation, you can opt for below programs :
1. Chartered Accountancy (CA)
2. Company Secretaryship (CS)

In 12th, mathematics is not compulsory. You can take alternative subject to replace to mathematics. For pursuing HR, you not need maths but you should think analytically.
