It seems, from your question, that you have done only a diploma course and you do not have any 3 years bachelor's degree done yet.
For admission in any B.Ed course candidates need to be a graduate and have atleast 55% marks.
After this, you can surely do your B.Ed and also you need to sit for CET exam.

Selection basis:
Level-1: For interview on the basis of merit considering the academic performance.
Level-2: For enrolment-on the basis of merit considering the academic performance, performance in the interview and co-curricular excellence.

The eligibility for the admission in B.Ed is minimum to have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks for a general candidate, whereas 47.5% is required in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates. The good thing is, candidates who don't have 50% marks in their graduation degree, can also pursue B.Ed course after completing their master degree - however, the requirement is again 50% marks in graduation.
The candidates should also clear one of the top B.Ed entrance exams meant for their chosen college. It should be noted that after completing B Ed, candidates also need to appear for Teacher Eligibility Tests (TETs) if they wish to
