Hi Mohan, To be able to start teaching in schools, you need to be a graduate first and then do B.Ed. Since you have not mentioned any university name, please check IP University's B.Ed syllabus. In most of the universities, the syllabus is more or less the same. Subjects are also similar. It starts with the foundation course :
Core subjects: Education, Culture and Human Value
Education, Evaluation Assessment, Guidance and Counseling, Holistic Education and Philosophy of Education. To check various specializations, please click on the below link:

If you want to do Masters through distance then you can take admission in IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). It is cost effective too.

Hi. The minimum duration for B.Ed through distance education is two years, however, the maximum duration five years. Admission to the distance mode programme is merit-based. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate in the undergraduate programme in any discipline and 55% in postgraduate programme. So, you are eligible. Thanks!
