Yes as for B.Ed eligibility criteria is any graduate with 50% for general category and for special category 5% relaxation.

Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur BEd fee structure is INR 60K - INR 63K. The fee structure inculdes tuition fee for the programme. The hostel and mess fess is not inculded in the fee structure. Aspiring candidates must qualify the Class 12 from the recognised board.

B.Ed is a course which is purely related to teaching field whereas B.P.Ed is related to the field of Physical Education. The difference between both the courses are as follows:

You should be a graduate student with 50% aggregate marks and selection criteria would be based upon the score of UP BEd JEE.
The UP BEd JEE is a state-level B.Ed entrance examination. The purpose of this exam is to shortlist candidates for BEd courses offered by the government universities and colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Yes, as B.Ed is a practical based course. So there are assignments & practical in both distance & regular mode. I would suggest that instead of choosing outside the state, choose your local area or nearby state. As your intention is not to get the degree but to remain in the education field. So, whenever you choose the local area you can teach practices in the local area so that whenever you will apply for job or selected it will be easy for you. Rather than getting a degree.
