As per the current norms prescribed by NCTE. You must have minimum 50% in your graduate degree from any recognized Indian University. In case of reserved quota the eligibility criteria is 45% minimum.
To get admission in B ED general category candidate must have 45% in graduation ( B A/B SC/ B COM) or 45% in post graduation ( M A/ M SC/ M COM) and SC/ST candidate must have 45% in graduation or in post graduation. So if you don't have 50 % in graduation then you should do Post graduation with 45%. Then you will have sufficient qualification to get admission in B ED. If you want to do B Ed on the basis of less than 45% , you can do B ED from a college, situated in JAMMU AND KASHMIR because JAMMU AND KASHMIR does not falls under jurisdiction of NCTE. So colleges don't follow the rules of NCTE and give admission to a candidate who doesn't have 45% in graduation.
So, yes you are eligible.

PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance test conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for admission to various postgraduate courses in the state of Karnataka, including B.Ed. PGCET is a state-level entrance exam and is conducted once a year. For admission to B.Ed courses, PGCET is not mandatory for all colleges. However, some colleges in Karnataka may consider the PGCET score for admission to their B.Ed courses. The colleges that consider PGCET scores for B.Ed admission will usually have a separate seat allocation process for PGCET candidates. In addition to PGCET, some colleges may also consider other entrance exams, such as the Karnataka B.Ed-CET conducted by Karnataka State Universities, for admission to their B.Ed courses.
