Candidates with at least 50 percent Marks either in Bachelor Degree and /or in Master Degree in Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% Marks or any other qualification equivalent to this, are eligible for admission to the programme. If you get a merit rank within the Cut Off of these entrance exams, and if you have 60% in aggregate marks, you would be able to secure and admission at SGVU.

Yes, you can get a job after B.Ed. , and you do not necessarily need to do M.Ed to get a job. You can do the following jobs after a B.Ed. Degree:
1. After passing CTET or TET, become a government TGT teacher.
2. After passing a relevant exam, such as the DSSSB become a government PGT teacher.
3. A private school teacher in secondary as well as senior secondary classes
4. The teacher in the coaching institute
5. Curriculum designer in private educational institutions. Your M.Ed degree may qualify you for higher-level positions such as educational administrators and headmasters.
