For those who want to work in marine engineering, B.P. Marine Academy in Belapur provides a Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering (GME). The following are the requirements to be eligible for this program:
A full-time bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, naval architecture or a similar discipline with at least 50% of the possible points is required. As an alternative applicants who have completed a five-year integrated Master's programme in certain fields are also qualified.
A minimum of 50% in English at the tenth, twelfth or degree levels is considered proficiency in the language.
