John Group of Institutions include that candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 40% in PCB/ PCM/ PC with Computer Science/ PC with Electronics (5% relaxation has been given to reserved category candidates. Further, for the selection process applicants must achieve a valid score in the KCET entrance examination.

BPharm admission at the university is subject to fulfilling the Royal Global University BPharm eligibility criteria. The same has been mentioned below:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream (PCM/PCB), or an equivalent examination, from a recognised board or council
- They must have studied English as one of the subjects
- They must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in Class 12/equivalent examination and at least 50% in the subject opted
- The minimum score required in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates is 45% instead of 50%
