For direct second-year B.Pharm at DY Patil College of Pharmacy, candidates should have passed a Diploma in Pharmacy from an AICTE, PCI, or state-government approved institution. General category candidates should have passed with a minimum of 45% marks, and reserved category and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra should have passed with a minimum of 40%. Eligibility criteria should be fulfilled for admission consideration for the direct second year.

General category candidates should have obtained at least 45% marks, while reserved categories should have 40%, along with a valid MHT-CET 2025 score. All-India candidates should have a non-zero score in NEET 2025 or MHT-CET 2025, with the priority to be given to NEET scorers.
