Placements: Overall, high placement records of University, but yet first batch of agriculture is not passed out. But, still there is interaction between CEO's of companies and students on regular basis. CAB meetings are been arranged for such types of interaction.
Infrastructure: Chandigarh University provide lush green campus with all the facilities inside it. Hostel are very comfortable. Campus is clean and green. Various shops are inside the campus only there no need to go outside the campus. 2 basketball courts, football court, tennis court, volleyball court, all kind of sports regarding facilities are there.
Faculty: All the faculty members are cooperative as well as intelligent. All the faculty members are either post graduate or doctorate, that too from government colleges like CSK Palampur, YSP University Nauni, PAU Ludhiana, Pant Nagar University. They clear each and every concept.

B.Sc. (Forestry) is a 4 year full time undergraduate programme to get the students acquainted with various facets of forestry and its related specializations. The syllabus is very exhaustive in tune with the industrial as well as government. Plenty of jobs requirements are there after the completion of the course Scientist in dierent departments, Banks, Forest Range Ocers, Zoo curators, Wild life research, Forest conservation, Research in reputed institutes like ICFRE (Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education), M.Sc. & Ph.D. if interested in academics. This course will also help the students in preparing for Indian Forest Service examinations and entrepreneurship development in forest based ends if interested.

Everyone recommended me this college, and said this university focus on overall development and personality. Dehradun has excellent weather and an awesome city to be explored along with nearby hill beauty. It is economic to study here including food and lodging. Fee Structure and Facilities:
Yes, the fee structure is feasible for all courses I suppose, because it is a state government university and so expenses cut short automatically. Courses are good, plus affordable. In the language course, many multinational companies come and provide good placement with good packages. Placement Wing:
This field is a major drawback of this place because here students are not accorded any placements apart from language department students. None job opportunities for MBA or M.Sc. Students. Hopefully, in the coming time, they will do better in such areas. Hostel Facilities:
Hostel place is the best part of the university. For senior students, single seater rooms are available and for Bachelors two-seater. Apart from this, there is a gym and the center area for games like badminton. Mess food is good and quite better than other universities. They serve sweets alternatively.

The School of Nanoscience and Technology (SNST) was established during the Golden Jubilee Year of Shivaji University, June 2012. The department currently offers B.Sc. - M.Sc. five year integrated course in Nanoscience and Technology. The SNST intends to cultivate an interdisciplinary approach and bring together major science branches like Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mathematics and Electronics under one umbrella. The Nanoworld is emerging as a small world with enormous opportunities. Objects in the range of 1-100 nm exhibit unexpected chemical, physical and biological properties.
