Nope, as per your 12th PCB score, you're not eligible for MBBS BDS entrance examinations. For appearing Medical Common entrance examination, you need to have at least 55% in 12th in PCB.

As per your combination, you have lots of opportunities. Have you done your B.Sc in IT stream? If yes, then your changes are more. You can go in teaching, administration

Yes, you can do B.ed. But, your 12th marks will be considered for the same. It is advised to go for M.ed after B.Sc.

Insted MBA Biotechnology, go for general stream MBA. That will be more better I think . And 9-6 job cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the employer.

B.Sc IT is a program wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software. And B.Sc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing plus hardware focus.
Among the two, B.Sc IT is designed according to the needs of the IT industry while B.Sc CS enlightens more of theoretical aspects.

B.sc Biotechnology is better than B.sc architecture.
More scope for Biotechnology nowadays.but with 63% marks it will be a little difficult to get admission in a good college though.but can apply for management seats but a little expensive.
