While pursuing these course you may opt for specialization in:

No, you are not eligible. Only M.Tech aspirants can apply for GATE exam as it is an all India test. The test is administered by top technology institutes.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and Seven Indian Institutes of Technology on behalf of the National Coordination Board-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

Hi Sakshi,
It totally depends on your interest and how much time you want to invest in completing your graduation because BSc is a three year course while BTech is a four year program
If you want to learn how to implement logic and get more of practical knowledge opt for B.Tech otherwise opt for B.Sc.
